The Pillar of Flesh was ordered to be constructed by Tamerlane (Pious Augustus in disguise), during the time of Roberto Bianchi. As the name describes, it is created of mainly flesh. It was constructed in the Forbidden City, somewhere in Persia. It may be part of a blood sacrifice, one of the many dark rituals Pious Augustus and his minions conducted to allow the Ancients into our world. Bianchi was one of the victims made to create the pillar, with Pious claiming such was "[Bianchi's] biggest contribution" to its construction.
It was presumably destroyed during the Gulf War when Michael Edwards blew up the Forbidden City via Magick-enhanced TNT.
